In May 2024 we lodged a PAN (Planning Notice of Application) with South Lanarkshire Council for the above project. The plan on this page illustrates the boundary for the application.

The PAN submission follows the publication of the Vision for East Kilbride Town Centre jointly brought forward by EK Town Centre and South Lanarkshire Council. The Vision was the subject of an extended Public Engagement event through the course of September 2023 held in the Town Centre. The Masterplan was subsequently endorsed by the Executive Committee of SLC at a meeting held on 13/09/2023. This PAN covers the first phases of development to come forward as part of the Vision.

If you want to find out more about the overarching Vision for the Town Centre, please visit the TOWN CENTRE VISION and STRATEGY pages of the website.
